Yes. Add a serial number question to the project's checklist.
Is the location always recorded?
Only when allowed. Check-in and check-out always record the time, and the location when the engineer's phone allows it.
Can our client see the photos?
Yes, on their guest link once the work is closed. You can hide any photo before you share.
